There is an additional 3% added to installment #1 for the Credit Card Option on the website. If you do not want to pay the additional Credit Card charge of 3% which brings installment #1 to $385, you can skip the CC charge and send the total amount of $375 to the Venmo or Zelle tags listed in the email.
